Our books are carried by independent bookshops across Britain and Ireland, and by a handful of shops abroad who order them a dozen at a time and sell every one.

Stock varies. Any shop can order any title through our distributor within 48 hours; if yours says otherwise, tell us and we will sort it out.

For booksellers

We sell direct to shops at standard trade terms, sale or return on a first order, carriage paid over five copies. Orders placed by noon go out the same afternoon.

We can supply shelf-edge cards, a printed season sheet, and — for anyone hosting an event — signed stock and an author who will actually turn up.

Fairs and markets

Eleven a year

We take a table at eleven fairs a year, including the small press fairs in London, Bristol and Glasgow, and the Woodbridge book weekend in June. There is always a bound sample of each title on the table and you are welcome to open it properly.

Dates for 2027 go up here in November. If you run a fair and think we would suit it, write and tell us.
